Mike, I am beginning to come a little toward your point of view about the financing. In investigating the options for TCT, it does appear that the sale and then leasing the building back is definitely viable. This would take considerable pressure off the company's financial situation. The question is what would be the appraised value of the building, excluding equipment, and would it be enough to get us totally back on a solid financial footing.
Hopefully, management has learned some valuable lessons about MANAGING a company.
