Gary, Alcatel holds over 40% of the world wide market in ADSL. Alcatel has installed its ADSL equipment at Ameritech, BellSouth, Pacific Bell, Bell Canada, Southwestern Bell, Singapore Telecom, Telia in Sweden, British Telecom, Belgacom, Telefonica in Spain, France Telecom, Telecom Italia, and P.T. Telecom of Indonesia. Don't even attempt to compare USWest, Sprint + a few CLECs to the above list. Still waiting for your URL on the total number of North American local lines.
