Bald Eagle: Although I have sold covered calls on occassion I have always repurchased them prior to expiration so curious as to how the process works. If you sold a Dec 7 call and the price was above that at expiration date why weren't your shs called away. Sounds like someone had the right to take your shs and sell them at the higher price at the close if they wanted???TIA.
