So it suggests to me that Darren Little has an affiliation with Stratford Internet Technologies.
Well, if the guy is at one time both the President of Bingo.com and is a part of Stratford Internet, then these development fees are possibly being paid to himself, in a related party transaction, as a means of removing the $1M for the Reg D offering that he floated to cover expenses. Hey that would even seem to pay for the initial $75K that he may have needed to get that 7.5M shares (still worth an amazing $37.5M). No wonder he modified the Bingo.com charter to allow specifically related party transactions with the company.
So if that scenario is in fact what is going on here he would have until April 30 to unload what shares he can before the site is unveiled, and doesn't even have to work, and he could then be off to ILoveKeno.Com.
Lord what a wonderful land of opportunity that can allow this kind of thing. Better yet he even lives in Canada and can do this here. SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC, hello are you listening? |
