I don't know any more than what was presented in the press release. In terms of generating revenues, they have worked out a revenue sharing agreement (the terms were not disclosed), so that the more clients that use HyperBanner, the more revenues MXNT will get. biz.yahoo.com MXNT has agreed to a Co-branding program, which will provide another opportunity to add value to existing services and effectively increase brand exposure. As a member of this relationship MXNT gains advertising and revenue sharing They seem to be trying to get a little piece of everything. Mike
