Well, Viper, I guess I'm willing to see how much of the C is converted (± 1/2 of it hasalready been, right?) before 3-31-99.

Also: It's not in the debenture holders best interest to tank a stock all at once. If they do, people will totally lose interest, right? So, what do they do? They widdle away at it little by little so people don't feel the pain.

Isn't the last week's action contra this theory?
