Maurice, If the ITU has set the deadline for agreeing upon a 3G standard as March 31, and the Q-Ericy trial doesn't begin until April 6, are we looking at an extension of the deadline should there be no pre-trial compromise?

I thought that they couldn't agree to W-CDMA as the standard with the IPR still in question.

Is the trial date being ignored, or is this their way of exerting pressure on both parties?
