Based on the SEC filing on 2/16 and 2/17, Bradley Rotter (Chairman of the Board), Alan B Pepper (President), John Rotter, and Lodestone Partners (which are owned by them) together owns the majority shares of PWCC. Amounts of shares they own increased from 55% to over 65% of total outstanding shares. It is clear that they are holding and increasing their investments.

Even though PWCC is relatively unknown, Fleet Financial Group owns 6.85% of its total shares, and they confirmed their holding on PWCC through its recent 13g filing.

And let's don't forget PWCC recently established Point West Securities, which will offer investment banking services targeting e-commerce, telecommunications, internet and other technology growth companies as well as provide equity research and brokerage services to institutional investors. This entity could have big potential.

All of this, along with the Flashnet IPO, (which PWCC is the one of the only two public companies have ownerships in Flashnet; the other is Ascend), will help move PWCC higher.
