Vignette Corporation Prices Initial Public Offering

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Vignette Corporation (''Vignette'' or the ''Company'') (Nasdaq: VIGN - news) today announced that it has priced an initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock, including 320,000 shares of common stock to be sold by certain selling stockholders. The initial public offering price is $19.00 per share. The offering is being managed by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Hambrecht & Quist and Dain Rauscher Wessels (the ''Underwriters''). The Underwriters have an option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares from the Company for the purpose of covering overallotments, if any.
