Thanks. Alot of it was just commercials....

A PM I recieved...

The individual asking the question was right about the spinoff. UIHIA's European
subsidiary (UPCOY) was the largest private cable provider in Europe. UIHIA now
owns 77 million shares of UPCOY. At a price of about $40 this equals about $3
billion. This is about double UIHIA's market capitalization. Do the math. With the $3
billion in stock which it owns, it seems reasonable to expect to see UIHIA trading in
the $75-90 range soon.

By the way, I see you are looking at KWIN. This one should see $7. Press release is
expected in the next week or so and an EPS of .30 after taxes (.45 before taxes) is
expected. Small float (about 450,000) with about half of the float owned by a group
that is holding long term ($7-10). I personally know one individual who owns 150,000
shares and he is holding. There is going to be a big squeeze when the buying starts. In
addition the following will surely increase the price: (i) Pat Rost's PR/IR firm was
retained just a few days ago by KWIN; (ii) KWIN's new web page to be up by next
week; (iii) large investor looking at buying $200,000 of KWIN; (iv) national newsletter
is considering "picking" KWIN.
