There is no justice..... Robert, Sure there is. But it costs a lot of money and takes considerable time. Seems to me that the statute of limitations has not yet expired on what occurred between EOS and GRNO. And though EOS apparently has few assets, the engineering firm (which happens to be a NYSE listed stock), was hired by EOS, apparently in violation of a non-compete agreement with GRNO. But let's handle one lawsuit at a time... <VBG> I'm more interested in the activities of GRNO's former law firm and the negligent (criminal?) actions alledgedly committed by their former legal counsel. I wonder if any comparison might be made between this particular attorney and some of the allegations that were made against our president (and we ain't talking about sex here..:0) ?? Hmmm... could be. But that is just my opinion and should be taken with a grain of salt. Back in my box. Regards, Ron
