SH, I don't think it will help amzn at all; even if they try to pull another pr to prop it up, the recent pr's have not helped to prop up the stock, so I would think that the downtrend will continue unabated.

Shareholders know that they are now far subordinate to the senior bond holders in the event of financial viability distress, which is very likely. So there is no value whatsoever in the stock. None. There may be some value in the bonds, but it is now 100% illogical for anyone to buy or hold amzn stock. It simply has no value whatsoever.

Remember the "savvy" dudes who bought Boston Chicken bonds and stock; they lost all. Amzn will duplicate BOST, only in a faster death spiral.

BTw, I believe we are in the early stages of a nasty correction. Amzn will lead the way down.
