How to save Apple 1. Split the company up. Give the hardware side to someone else ie. Power Computig and the clone developers. Get Motorola and IBM to help here. 2. Concentrate on software software software. That is how Microsoft did it. 3. Give reasons people should use their software. It's that simple. Amelio just doesn't understand it. He gets a bonus and lays people off. Not a brilliant strategy. Amelio should be fired. He had his chance and blew it too
