mike, that info was old. I wanted to see how much things have changed in 6 months, Things can go from a sales order for 200 of these pc's to being shipped that day. Cpq can cross ship and drop ship electronically. So they can by-pass the channel distribution ctr on hot product. On hot product normal flows are faster. plus dealers do get a breifing on new prodcuts so they are set. None of this makes a dif. when cpq says it's ready then stock pops. I'm not convinced on I'm checking now to see what information has reached the salesman. Have an inquiry for 20 of them.
