if it's any consolation, i've held comverse tech (CMVT) for about as long as i've had misonix. nice to see new blood (at the top and not in the streets).

MISONIX, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
FARMINGDALE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 1999--Misonix, Inc. ("Misonix") (Nasdaq: MSON) today announced that Richard A. Zaremba has been appointed its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Zaremba had, for the previous 3 1/2 years, been Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Comverse Information Systems; the latter is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comverse Technology, Inc., an international manufacturer of high technology systems. Mr. Zaremba is a certified public accountant who received a BBA as well as a Masters in Accounting from Hofstra University.
