Are you trying to say the legal system in the USA is questionable ? I tend to agree. Home court in sports tend to favor the home team just as a court of law with jurors might well favor the home company , so flip a coin and go with that. Your theory about a good looking lawyer is laughable. All these jurors want to do is go home with a clear mind . Most would be happy not ruining a neighbor or friends life and be content with their decision. Like I said flip a coin .
