Why would anyone think they will get "spinoff" shares of AV by holding CPQ? This doesn't appear to be the way these deals have been handled lately..I would expect a small % to be spun as an IPO,and the remainder of outstanding to be held by CPQ(similar to ZD)..I haven't looked into the PR's etc. Please show me where the company has referenced this..Or is it wishful thinking? Bought at $44--thanks..DD
