Can you define the wish of most American people? Have you talked to the most American people about this case? What makes you speak for most American people? Do the average American people have enough insight knowledge on this case like you do (and even a knowledgable person like you doesn't know this case has no juror)? And what makes you speak for most people around the world? What makes you become the authority to make a statement such as the DOJ lawyers are rapidly becoming the most hated lawyers around the world? Have you talked to the most sophisicated OS hackers in Finland, Norway? Do they side with MSFT? Have you talked to the starving people in Sudan? Have you talked to the ethics Albanian in Kosovo and see if they give a rat-ass about this case? Have you talked to the oppressed citizens in Afganistan? Have you talked to the flood victims in Hundurus, Panama? Have you spoken to the underpaid Russian oil workers? Have you spoken to the Vietnamese labors worked for Nike, Reebok's slave camp? Have you spoken to the political prisioners in Red China? Or in American street, have you spoken to any young homeless high school dropouts?

In case you don't know, most of the population in the world live in third world country. Most of the people in the world don't use computers.

Please, don't speak for the world, or for most Americans.
The question now is if Bill Clinton has experienced the pain brought to him by Ken Starr, why does his administration allow the harassment on MSFT by his DOJ lawyers? This case is clearly against the wish of most American people. Nobody likes government using its heavy hand against a private company trying to do its business. Those DOJ lawyers and the judge are rapidly becoming the most hated lawyers around the world.
