Gustave, I agree that small caps have underperformed large caps by a small margin.

But I also believe that ODIS has not been executing too well. It is improving, but this company continues to be largely untapped potential. 1998 revenues exceeded 1997 revenues by 32%. This is the fastest growth rate in 12-month revenues that this company has posted since it listed. Previously it was down around 20%. ORCL is cruising in the 20s, so there is no significant difference between the growth rates of ODIS and ORCL.

When ORCL was this size, it grew at better than 100% every year for 5 years. ODIS is not even in the same league. And as noted on the yahoo bulletin board, the quarterly reports continue to be a bit too self-congratulatory for a company that is clearly failing to realize its potential.
