Ken, I never believed Mork played much of a role in the scheme of the RMIL investment picture. He was certainly a distraction, with some cause, but he had nothing to do with Financials, Morgan, and the SEC.

What is done, is done, and cannot be changed. Both sides failed to communicate effectively and share the blame for it.

There is a suit in place against RMIL via Mork. You were ripped off.
I would think the probability is low that shareholders will benefit financially by pursuing litigation against RMIL, but will instead ensure that the ending to this story will include punishment for their actions. Anything above that is gravy.

Right now, it appears your lowest cost option and I do not see the downside, but I do believe it will impress upon the court the significance of their actions by having many names added to the suit.
You then also have the right to communicate this legal action to the agencies...
