I found this information over on the TSIS thread and posted it here a while back. What was concluded was that the 5% rule might not affect OTC-BB stocks. I'm not claiming that the information I found was accurate as it was from an on going discussion and not from verifiable "legal" links. Although, this would be good information to have. Also, if the 5% rule does not affect current nonreporting BB stocks, will this change once the company becomes reporting, which is inevitable because of the new SEC ruling.
