Sonny, I think a lot of us on this thread have a significant chunk of Dell. Your drive problem might be resolved by a power cycle. The reason Win95 doesn't see your other drives is because it was "not present" at the time Win95 loaded. There are a couple of possibilities I can think of: 1)Your drive somehow got disabled or misconfigured in CMOS setup or 2)your drive didn't spin up properly. 1) can be solved by entering your setup program (at power-up, before Win95 rears its head) and making sure that the second drive is configured properly. If you are running an old version of Win95 (before OSR 2) you had to install a device driver to have access to the whole drive. It's unlikely that there would be a problem with that driver - all that has to happen is for that drive to be seen at all and then the driver will handle everything. 2) can be solved by a power cycle (turn off power, turn back on) sometimes accompanied by a tap (I know, it sounds gruesome). I had one drive I had to take out of the chassis and give a tap on the side to get it spinning again, each time I turned on the computer. Solution one was to leave the computer on, but the ultimate solution was to get a new drive. I think that the market is nearly done with the tech selloff. The fact of options expiration is an artificial "force" to reckon with today, but by next Monday things should be back to normal. My guess is that the techs trade sideways for a while, though, until people decide where to put their dollars they have kept on the sidelines during this period. I will go out further on the limb and say that I think those dollars will go back into techs. Where else are you going to get those high returns? -musea
