Hi John Isn't this the Daniel Lezak that was the Chairman & CEO for Madera back sometime in 1994 and supposedly had managed or rehabilitated over 20 publicly traded corporations. Mr. Lezak was supposed to have been a entrepreneur's entrepreneur having been involved in turning around failed business. As I recall he didn't do all that well with Madera. It seems like he is seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and now is wanting back in. You probably know more about him than I do. Larry Ludiker
