I'm not sure that's something we want to do. Gil said that they wouldn't receive bonuses until Apple returns to profitability. That's good enough for me. If you start cutting their salaries more than that, then they'll just leave. This is the time to get the best people into the positions where they can have the greatest impact. The few million dollars that it costs to pay the top executives will be reflected in the stock price many times over if these executives can turn the company's financial sheet around.
