Daniel,

First, thanks for visiting and contributing.

I think the Round Table could support several investment styles as many people seem to compartmentalize their positions into short term holds/trades and longer term "core" holdings. I am personally not enthralled with the idea of ultrashort holding periods (day trades) or high risk investment in penny stocks or the like. I hope the thread would attract people with longer time horizons for reasons I will explain later. Healthy discussions of relatively conservative options trading could also add some spice to the thread.

The most important thing is defining these goals at the outset and then trying to stick to them. It may be a moving target at first until we see which direction the contributors push the discussion.

I hope that things don't sound too regimented. It is regimented by design. I think that most SNDK contributors are disciplined and methodical, so this aspect of The Round Table shouldn't discourage too many from joining in.
