Hi, Tim. It's a highly speculative situation. My understanding is that the company's bankruptcy lawyers are saying that there are other substantial assets left in the corporation after the Smith & Hawken auction, but playing it very close to the vest as to the quality and value of the assets. The company's bankruptcy filing referred to $31 million in assets apart from the auction, which would of course translate into approximately 50 cents per share. I've got to tend to my kiddo now, but will stay in touch. Diane
