Winners Internet Network Inc. Announces Strategic Alliance With Ichargeit Inc. Plans to Unveil a Series of Internet Based Global Shopping Malls
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1999--David C. Skinner, Jr., President of Winners Internet Network Inc. (OTC BB:WINR) would like to announce a far-reaching agreement with iChargeit Inc., www.iChargeit.com, a Nevada Corporation based in Huntington Beach, Calif.
According to WINR CEO, David C. Skinner, Jr., "This diversification has been in the plans since the inception of WINR. Many have been afraid of potential legislation in the USA to outlaw Internet Gaming and WINR has moved forward to diversify its processing. E-commerce based Internet Shopping is an industry that does not have boundaries or pending legislation that could curtail the business."
The CEO of iChargeit, Jesse Cohen, stated that the WINR processing and its link to the CyberLink Monetary System makes it possible for Internet Shopping to bridge all currencies and all nations with its currency conversion and processing procedures. The processing allows this joint venture the potential to become the facilitator of a Global Internet Marketplace. Clients throughout the world are waiting for the right market to display their products. The initial plan is to open 30 separate stores by March 1, and increase to 1,000 global shopping vendors. WINR will open a data center in the hometown office in Florida in addition to its European Offices to strengthen and support the shopping network.
This will be in addition to offices of iChargeit located in Huntington Beach, Calif. WINR software has the ability to provide all of the necessary management and accounting for Internet Vendors.
