Chemical and Internet stocks likely to be winning standouts... Former getting support from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter while the latter should get a boost by comments from analyst at CIBC Oppenheimer who says now is a good time to buy the likes of Amazon.com (AMZN) and Yahoo! (YHOO).
