You know, you may have gotten more support if you would have left it to the facts, and not just threatened what you were going to do, but came forward and did what you said you were going to do. But the one bad thing I can say, is when people threaten to sue for months and months, and just drop in to bash, you end up on the "other side". What and how you did it was not the way to get people to come over to your side. Instead of a "workable" force, you ended up being unbelievable and ignored.
A little honey would have gone a whole lot further I would think. Worse, if you did have any validity, you made a lot of us dig in our heels further because of the way you went about it.
As you well know, no one ever buys stock to lose $$$. Or makes business deals for the same reason. But you did become unbelievable with your behavior, and consequently only stirred up the pot. If you do really ever file a lawsuit, you will probably have people actually on your side, as then they will know there really was some validity to what you were saying.
