What do you think of the 50 M preferred stock held by insiders? I wonder why they haven't been converted as was their said intention. EDIT: And 50M is quite a lot. To put it mildly. Do you think its just for sentimental reasons or do you think it represents some claim on the future earnings of the company? Well, it's certainly NOT for sentimental reasons! Don't you think it a bit sleezy that the insiders can convert their stock yet you, who owned precisely the same stock (ie. common) were denied the same option? Yes. What about the bogus scientific name on the website? Bogus is bogus. What about the lack of earnings in this the supposed 'PROFIT PHASE' Speaks for itself. Do you think an investor in AZNT will make money? Why? Depends on the investor and the price at which they purchased shares, wouldn't you say?
