Joe:
If a deal sounds like it's milestone rich, it usually is. In many cases, that's good. But it's not good when a company needs money and when you're talking a technology that has failed repeatedly (immunotoxins).
Upfronts show up one quarter after the deal is done, so..... 9 out of 10 times, if it's not disclosed, it stinks. Looks like "Mitch" communications to me.
Every time you ask this question, I ask you to look at the questions that I asked in the thread mid-1997. Have you ever bothered to do such? If so, can you answer them for me? Mitch never did. And, if not, why do you repeatedly ask me to look at the company?
Simple question..... what was the upfront on the deal just signed? Please don't ask me about this company again until you do me the courtesy of addressing the issues that I addressed on each of the previous occasions that you asked. Isn't that fair?
If the answers to my questions are in-hand, great, let's go forward with an analysis. Hint...... if the answers had been in-hand mid-'97, as they SHOULD HAVE BEEN, and if the answers were good ones, the upfront would have been large and the deal would have been signed two years ago.
