Gil, This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have PROMISED, press released, and publically stated for over nine(9) months that they were going to be upgrading their system to accomodate the influx in new accounts. Looks like they are gonna wait for the millennium. Likely their site will crash and burn with the Y2K problems facing some two bit companies. WHAT A LOAD OF COW DUNG THAT SPEWS FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS CEO. I made three traded already this morning, was going top give two of them to this BS compamy, but the system was down. I successfully used my other broker. And, no way would I ever go to the phone service because the site is down so they can generate more cash. You are a lucky dude to have found shares to short. I try daily, but always none available.
