Greg, I repeat. By posting that I wanted to discuss the article GENERALLY. The first paragraph, however does have parallels. 1) Companies out there would be interested in paying more for all of MRVC, but it is partly 'family' owned and they don't want to sell. 2) Time must pass and market conditions must change. 3) Selling at cash, I think it is undervalued too, but that is for everyone to determine on their own.
