Where in Sam Hill did you get those numbers from.
There are big mines and small mines, low grade mines and high grade mines, and the costs vary accordingly.
Under your numbers, half the mines in Canada and the world shouldnt or wouldnt or couldnt exist.
You can put a small highgrade operation into production for a few million.
