That 150,00 trade could have been a big firm just licking its lips and BUYING. Or it could have been a massive sell orchestrated by the MM. All the lemmings try to sell. They place Market orders, but the MM just sits on it because he knows he can drag the stock lower. When it get s low enough...he pushed the button buying their stock at a huge discount. Investors see they sold at such a low price. They call their trading brokers all pissed. Brokers give the old BS story about a fast moving stock. Remember folks the whole for "every buyer there is seller thing" is false in the Nasdaq. The MM is the buyer or the seller who has lots of $$ and controls the bid/ask.
