Well, since I installed the updated version, yes, my connectin time is set to zero. So, I just changed it to 20 minutes, as per your suggestion.
However, with my previouis version, I had tried many different settings, even as long as 45 - 60 minutes, all of which still resulted in disconnects after maybe 15-20 minutes' inactivity. Well, now I'll try it for a while set at 20 minutes, see what happens.
When I called Fidelity tech support about this a long time ago, no one there seemed to know how to correct this problem. They "made a note" of the "issue" for me.
