This is not using their website, but using their Fox Plus software. I have had this problem since I began using Fox back in June 1997. No success with any software patches or upgrades. I have always had this problem and they have known about it. No one there seems to have any clue about it, unfortunately.

I don't know what else to say. However, it isn't so bad. When I think I'm disconnected (there is no warning), I just click "disconnect" then immediately reconnect. Takes about 6-7 seconds and I'm back on. But one needs to be aware of this when using Fox for daytrading.

I use CyBerTrader for my real daytrading, but use Fox sometimes for position trades. I like it pretty much overall.
