I'm new to the thread, so please excuse the ignorance.

Can anyone comment on the quality of the NXTL network? I'm checking into it with some old friends from Winstar. Now, I would guess that they had some negative bias, but they didn't think the NXTL network and quality of service, bandwidth, etc. was up to 'par' (whatever that means??). But I should would appreciate another (unbiased) opinion. Please, no hype thanks.
