International Investment Seminar and New License
Agreement With Brokerage to Use NetX Online Trading Software
CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1999--NetX America Inc. (''NetX'')(OTC BB:NXAM - news) is
pleased to announce that we have accepted an invitation to participate in the 10th Anniversary Offshore Investment
Seminar, hosted by International Trade & Investments Limited (''ITI Ltd.''). This event will be held at The Atlantis Resort &
Casino on Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas on Saturday & Sunday, February 20th and 21st, 1999. ITI Ltd., a leading
Caribbean based manager of International Business Companies, is currently using NetX software to expand client services
to include online securities trading. ITI Ltd. has established their own E-trading facility using the NetX software to transmit
orders and place trades from the Internet. NetX will be outlining the many advantages of using our E-trading system and
