Should we call this E.PIZZA.COM???LOL...interesting comparison you chose..not valid IMO. I was looking at it in the terms of a new funding..for a regular company...not an internut company, one with very good growth, but modest and with out the hype.
Starting out at 85% of market, giving up 10% to various finders/brokers, and having to use units of (a share plus a warrant).
using 1.75 x .85= 1.48 x 90% =1.34 /2 =67 cents.
Like I say, just a thought. To me the most important points are preventing the possibility of a cheap(IMO) sale, and cash in the bank.
Perhaps the old bidder will blow out shares? To me that would be a buying op. This price seems reasonable..remember $2.00 was bid..a low ball IMO>S.
