They are pretty similar. The major difference I see is that Netradio appears to be all original content, while BCST just groups all of the on-line radio stations and what not in one place. I am not sure if broadcast has gotten more original content after the IPO, but it was primarily just a portal for music on the internet. Netradio on the otherhand has it's own programming and doesn't allow you to listen to actual radio stations. Each format has it's advantages and disadvantages. I'd say they are pretty much in direct competition.
