You miss my point somewhat. It appears now that the events over the last few weeks were orchestrated in advance, by Greenpeace et al. In other words, the stunts seem to have all escalated up to the biggest, which appears to be the lawsuit. So, have they ran out of steam? The UK government is unswayed. And how many more people can they find who are trying to engineer toxic potatoes? And even if there are more of those kind of experiments going on, now we understand them more, and the GM companies clearly already have checks for this kind of thing.
