Hi Paul I would assume that is what the government has been doing all along.. also don't they appear to manipulate what they mean by a "surplus" since they are not referring to bull... also wonder if they would ever publish an index of the distribution of wealth index.. bobby ps..I don't think most people care though in the short run.. ps. slate.com is free now (deflationary trend?)
