JWMS, your point is well taken, and I went against my own advice to ignore the " bashers ". Unfortunately, they induced so much negativity, that it did drive the price down. I added another 600,000 shares this week and may buy more before end of the day. I can assure you that when the news is released , its going to be big. My target price of 2.75-3.00 still stands for next month. I am very confident about that. I am going to into lurking mode , more or less, for a while, so as to not set NPEC up for more thrashing from the "bashers ". Will be right here, though! MAGGIE
