I think an announcement of an acquisition is unlikely. There are multiple legal problems with delaying announcements after a deal has been made, and the possibility of leaks increase exponentially with time. The news is supposed to be "significant news that is going to reshape the future of SFA". After a build up like this I hope it isn't a piece of PR fluff. The market doesn't seem to be excited about it, but I will be at my PC just in case.
