I'm here, just bored.

This is difficult. Every day I watch to see where things go, what the numbers are, if they break the thresholds or provide some direction. I read teh news, and I'm not just talking the financial news, but to see whats going on that might trigger some sentiment movement - either way. Nothing. I geta bunch of email/newsletters from snarks that say "Oh the bull is going to cut loose tomorrow", or the "pundits will have a fiedl day with this and thecorretion will be over..."

But it isn't. Correcting, that is. Some stocks are - they are down from their end of January highs, and the non-techs seems to be doing okay. But nothing is moving. Funds pulled another 5+ billion out of the market this week, and it doesn't look like its gong into bonds. Its seems to be sitting in cash.

AMZN doesn't look like a bad price, nor does LCOS or GE or a lot of other tickers. I don't like sitting on a fence. Whatever is going to kick this market into gear ought to happen soon - for the simple reason that the funds need to show something for the end of the first quarter. Showing no loss wont cut it. And the bandwidth of the SPX is narrowing even more. Right now its travelling between the 15 and 26 period moving averages.

Can't watch paint dry for much longer or I'll go nuts.
