nord: I agree with most of your comments. Currently NN is improving margins by lowering SG&A expenses.

My only concerns were their productivity viz Rev/employee. I know that ASND had better numbers. If competition revs up, it is this number that will affect the margin.

Do you know why ASND and NN have such different numbers.?
