SRR and WWW are both undervalued shoe companies. Business Week is reporting that SRR has to buy a major shoe company or be bought. BW says either WWW or RBK could be potential purchaser of SRR. Also, their is significant insider buying at SRR. BW says SRR is worth $20 a share currently.

Being in the shoe business, I feel WWW has the best chance of buying SRR. WWW is a very sound company w/ 24 consecutive profitable quarters. They are very far off their 52 week high.

Combine this with the entire shoe sector finally waking up,(ie.-NKE< NIN<TBL<SHOO), and WWW and SRR are great value plays.

long WWW. No position in SRR.
