Peter Lynch said in one of his books that insider buying is definitely a positive, but insider selling is not necessarily a negative.

They could be needing the cash to buy a home, finance their kid's college education, etc.

I see where every so often, Bill Gates cashes in a $billion or so in his stock, but Microsoft investors aren't pushing the panic button.

Internet stocks have been bouncing around a lot lately, anyway.

With the future prospects of this company, I'm not worrying about insider selling. If it drops dramatically one day, I'll try to scrape together some $$$ to buy more.

I'd be concerned if the same people bought back their shares after the stock dropped.
