Jenny,

I'm truly sorry that you're out of pocket as a result of VNE.

I don't have any reason to believe that there's no agreement of any nature among VNE, Citibank Canada et al.

I just haven't seen any evidence that there will ever be any cash flow coming into VNE that justifies its current stock price or could come anywhere close to supporting it.

If saying I'm the greatest thing in eCommerce and hiring a dozen temps to develop a WebPage or 2 was really worth creating $50-$150Million worth of value, then we could all do it and become fabulously wealthy.

I wouldn't compare Citibank Canada with its parent, CitiGroup. That's like saying that both the ASE and the NYSE are places to trade stocks.

Whether the promotion was crooked or not, I have no way of knowing what was in the hearts or minds of the promoters. I do know that the probability of VNE trading above a dollar, 6 months from now, is very low.

Best of luck,
Ian.

re: I agree with Ian.The company is a pump and dump scam.I realized too late.No giant like
Citibank would want to do business with a terd company trading on a junior exchange.Vne is all
hot air and no action.A typical crooked promotion.Chalk up another loss.
